March 2015-September 2018: Working on a project with Surrey University on collecting data from Dental clinics patients about the relationship between adiposity indicators, diet intake and chronic periodontitis among Paljudgingnian adults.  The PI on this project is Dr. Areej Zahran, University of Surrey.

December 2015-2016: Collaborating with IT department at Al-Quds University in “Promoting Oral Health among Palestinian Children Using Serious Games”.

July-August 2014: Zamalah Program Visiting scholar at University of Iowa to conduct research using marketing research tools and health behavioral theories and apply then in health service research.

03/2013-09/2013: Principal investigator on a community wide intervention to reduce the non-traumatic dental visits to the emergency room in Columbus hospitals.

09/1/2012-Now: Research associate at the public Policy Center-University of Iowa working on different assessments of access to dental care among marginalized populations.

2004- 2008: Research assistant at Al-Quds University, College of Dentistry. Working on fluoride level assessment in West bank areas and its relationship with DMFT values and on a research project that measures the willingness of Palestinian Dentists to treat HIV Patients.
